Rapid Strategy was established to fill the gaps in cybersecurity by standardizing what it means to implement and deliver cybersecurity effectively. Two highly accomplished professionals, both experts in various fields, set out on a mission to solve the ever-growing and ever-costly issues surrounding cybersecurity practices.
Rapid Strategy blossomed by bridging over 40+ years of government and commercial experiences and skillsets stemming from executive security leaders and security architects to senior engineers and masters of agile delivery. We believe that it is one thing to know what to do, but it is another thing to get it done.

Ron Meeting
Chief Executive Officer
Ron is the CEO and Co-founder of Rapid Strategy. Ron is a seasoned cyber professional and industry leader with nearly 20 years of experience in financial services and the federal government. As the former Global CISO for an international investment management firm, he has led cybersecurity efforts spanning 44 offices across 17 countries. Ron now takes the reins at Rapid Strategy, charting the course across a dynamic security landscape. Ron is a graduate of Appalachian State University and is an avid golfer.

Jesse Rhee
Chief Operating Officer
Jesse is the COO and Co-Founder of Rapid Strategy. Jesse comes from Fortune 100 companies specializing in IT management and solution delivery across the healthcare, finance, and defense space. With close to 20 years of experience behind him, he is now responsible for developing Rapid’s operational model, strategy execution, and ensuring that Rapid’s team is equipped for long-term success. Jesse is a graduate of Johns Hopkins University and is fluent in conversational Spanish.

Jim Hamby
Strategic Advisor
We are pleased to announce that Jim Hamby (CEO & Principal Consultant, Grey Ghost Operations, LLC) has joined the Rapid Strategy Team as a board member of our newly formed Strategic Advisory Board. Jim brings over 35+ years of unique and specialized experience across a broad base of key and critical areas. Jim brings extensive leadership, strategic planning, experience, and knowledge to aide our Team’s strategic planning and corporate way forward. This knowledge builds upon his extensive and dedicated service to our Nation as both a retired U.S. Army Colonel and former U.S. Intelligence Community Senior Executive Service (SES) professional including as the first Deputy Director, Defense Clandestine Service. Jim is a nationally recognized, award winning, subject matter expert in various topics connected to national security, an area of which he is also an adjunct professor and/or guest lecturer at several universities at both the undergraduate and graduate school level.

Foster Henderson
Foster boasts an impressive track record with over 20 years of delivering comprehensive cybersecurity solutions to a diverse array of organizations. He has a keen ability to identify vulnerabilities, craft strategic plans, and execute robust security measures. He is one of Rapid’s most experienced professionals when it comes to safeguarding critical systems and sensitive data. Foster has held key roles as Chief Cloud Security Architect, Director of Risk Management Frameworks, Information Security Director, and Deputy CISO. Foster is also Rapid Strategy’s Lead Foodie.
